Aliko Dangote Conferred Doctorate Degree in ABU

Richest man in Nigeria and Africa, Aliko Dangote, has been awarded a doctorate degree at the Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria, for his contributions to educational development.

It was earlier reported that Aliko Dangote and his foundation donated several blocks of Hostel to the university. This was reported to be the first hostel built at the university in the last 40years.

Apiko Dangote took to twitter to show his appreciation for the degree conferred on him at ABU’s combination ceremony.

I am truly honored and humbled to accept the honorary doctoral degree from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University(ABU), Zaria, an institution famed for its academic rigour and quality of staff, and the enriching experiences of life within its walls.
