All APC members are God-fearing – Amaechi
Mininster of transportation and member of the All Progressive Congress, Rotimi Amaechi has stated that all members of the APC are God-fearing.
Amaechi made the seemingly unsavoury claim during a recent interview with Channels Television.
According to the former Governor of Rivers State, one of the qualities of becoming a member of the APC is that one must be God-fearing.
Amaechi further added that he has nothing to do with people who don’t fear God.
In his words:
One qualification you must have is that you must be God-fearing. You have no business being with me if you don’t fear God. You must be God-fearing to be in APC.
Asked if there’s no bad egg in APC, Amaechi said that a God-fearing person can not become a bad egg.
In his words:
When you are God-fearing will you be a bad egg?
When his interviewer asked him if all members of the APC are God-fearing in Rivers State, he replied in the affirmative.
He said:
Of course I said that.You must be god-fearing. If you are not god-fearing…you see, being god-fearing doesn’t mean you won’t commit sin. Don’t forget that.
