Appointment: Ita Enang Thanks Buhari, Wishes Successor Well

Former Senior Special Adviser to the President on National Assembly Matters, Senator Ita Enang has expressed his appreciation to president Muhammadu Buhari and the All Progressives Congress (APC) for being given another opportunity to serve under his administration.

President Buhari has reappointed Enang as Senior Special Assistant on Niger Delta Affairs.

All the presidential aides and ministers were sworn-in by the president today at the State House, in Abuja.

The former lawmaker took to his social media page to express his gratitude to express his appreciation to the party leaders also.

“May I,on behalf of my family, the APC family in Akwa Ibom State and the Nation, and indeed all men of goodwill thank His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari and our Leaders on my appointment as Senior Special Assistant on Niger Delta Affairs.

“And indeed for the opportunity to serve as Senior Special Assistant to the President on National Assembly from 2015, till this appointment.

“I heartily welcome my successor and wish him well, as I will always make myself available as we together work for Mr. President, the Executive and Legislature.

“As I move to my new office, I pledge my utmost to fulfil the intendment of Mr President and the Federal Government for the people of Nigeria.
