Soyombo who was unraveled the wroth in the Nigeria Correctional Center, Ikoyi and the Psychiatric Hospital in Yaba is basing his argument o precedence.
Reacting to the statement via his Twiter handle, Soyombo asked: “Where is evidence of arrest? And arresting abusive soldiers has never been the problem, it’s disciplining and prosecuting them. The Army has a history of covering up its errant officers, so one PR post on Twitter doesn’t offer enough guarantees!”
