Atiku, pick up that phone and call Buari – Dele Momodu
Dele Momodu who is a strong Atiku supporter in the February 23 presidential election has taken to twitter to call on the PDP Presidential aspirant, Atiku Abubakar to concede defeat.
Dele Momodu’s position is informed by the recent announcements of the presidential election results which saw the APC win in most of the 36 states.
However, the Waziri of Adamawa, and former presidential aspirant has not acknowledged defeat.
Speculations making the rounds believe that Atiku Abubakar will resort to the courts to contend the election results.
Meanwhile, twitter users also came for Dele Momodu who made the call for Atiku Abubakar to make the call conceding his defeat.
Some twitter users called him a sycophant, others said he was a disloyal man. While some other simpy applauded him.
He wrote:
My dear Waziri, as a believer, you are aware that only God can give or take power. You’ve written your name in gold. Do not wait a minute longer. Please, pick that phone and call President Muhammadu Buhari. You have much more to gain Sir…Pass on the burden!

See some reactions of Nigeria:
This wouldn't deepen our democracy. This wantonness needs to be challenged in court. If it stands, so be it. If it doesn't, it serves as deterrent to future abusers of the incumbency factor. Nigeria & Nigerians deserve this, it's now not about Waziri Adamawa alone.

The mesage is hypocritical ! It could have been a genuine mesage wiritten to Wazirin in privacy from a reputable friend . Creating headline news with this advise has denigrated the intention no matter how plausible.

We'll spoken. Looking 2 take credit and applause wen d wazirin eventually concedes defeat as expected. Hypocrisy@ its peak

Egbon Dele.
Now that 'Dubai Option' of announcing parallel results by @OfficialPDPNig. The Dis-Atikulation agenda has moved to 'Venezuela Option' : reject the results and tell US to come with "aid" support?
It won't work. This is Nigeria.— Ayo Olatunji (@AyoOlatunji6) February 26, 2019
This is a selfish advice & volte face of some sorts. Someone else can read that you're just repositioning yourself to make things right with this administration, after a fractious electioneering campaign. Why the electorate are always more reliable than you politicians.

So Evil and atrocity like this should continue all in the name been democrat?
Heaven and Earth knows this is not what the masses voted for few days ago!!!
You might as well tells us not to vote in 2023 bcos Apc will rig!!!?

I disagree with u no this. @atiku u are not GEJ. Don't try, if u do it u will disappoint us it is rigged. Adding of vote to APC and reducing PDP votes. Abj and nassarawa is a case study. It was planned 2 rig by 1st removing d cjn so APC can frustrate u in court. No free boss

I thought this man was cool before now, he should be careful not to lose credibility and respect among his friends and well meaning Nigerians.

Big Bros D, the reality is that @atiku has the support of majority of the people who actually voted all across Nigeria. Nobody can take this from him. Let's not legitimize this farce with silly phone calls.
