Early life and background of Linda Ejiofor
Linda Ejiofor was born on the 17th of July, 1986 in Lagos, Nigeria. The Abia State born is the first girl and the second child in a family of seven. For her elementary education, she attended Ilabor Primary School in Surulere before proceeding to Federal Government Girls’ College in Onitsha for her secondary education. She briefly studied Theatre Arts at the University of Ibadan, Oyo State before opting out due to her father’s hate for the entertainment industry. She later studied Sociology at the University of Port Harcourt. Afterwards, she did her National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) at Jigawa State.
Her Acting Career
Upon graduation, she modeled part time before auditioning for an M-Net production after much persuasion from a friend. Fate smiled on her and she got a role as Bimpe Adekoya in the popular TV series, Tinsel. She found her breakout role as exciting, challenging and rewarding. The Tinsel star rose to prominence after featuring in The Meeting alongside Rita Dominic and Femi Jacobs. According to the beautiful actress, she probably would have taken up a career in advertising if she hadn’t develop interest in acting. Linda has gone ahead to feature in a number of movies like Knock out blessing, Secret room, Heaven’s Hell, Ojukokoro, Chief daddy amongst others.
Linda Ejiofor’s Relationship and Family Life
In November 2018, Linda Ejiofor got married to Ibrahim Suleiman, a co-star on Tinsel. They had been friends for some years before tying the knot. The couple are obviously the fourth Tinsel couple to get married. The power couple hosted the live nomination of the Africa Magic Viewer’s Choice Awards (AMVCA) 2020.
