Chief of Army Staff, Turkur Buratai said: “now, even the uniform is technology-based, it will be tagged wherever you are; it sends signal when you are in danger.”

6. We Needed Money to Celebrate Christmas – Bank Robbers

Policemen attached to Ilasamaja division have arrested two suspected members of a robbery syndicate that attacked a male customer who had gone to withdraw N350, 000 on Friday.

The suspects Boniface Ewerem(46) and Joseph,(42) had ordered him to bring the money, pointing a gun at him.

When caught, Joseph said: “This is my first time. I wanted to use the money I would have stolen to celebrate Christmas. We never had any intention to kill our victims”

7. 2019 AFCON: Ighalo Predicts Victory For Super Eagles

Super Eagles striker, Odion Ighalo said the team has all it takes to reach the final of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations, where the team is hoping to make up for missing the 2015 and 2017 editions.

He said they were aware of what Nigerians expect from them and will prepare hard and strive to deliver.

The Super Eagles will play their final game of the AFCON Qualifiers against Seychelles on March 22, 2019.

8. Asaba Airport Downgrade, a Regional Power-Play and Blackmail – Uduaghan

To further prove his theory that the current President was Jubril from Sudan, Nnamdi Kanu claimed that Buhari’s signature in 2016 was different from his present signature as seen from the signed 2019 budget proposal.

The former APC spokesperson, Frank made the remark in reaction to a court ruling which remanded popular Human Right activist, Prince Deji Adeyanju.

This was as he accused the current Buhari-led government of being intolerant to any form of criticism, adding that such act signaled a return to dictatorship.
