The National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Uche Secondus has lambasted the President Muhammadu Buhari administration, saying there is no indication that the country has a substantive Commander-in-Chief.

Speaking on what he described as a worsening security situation in the country following an increasing spate of killings in some parts of the country at a world press conference on Friday entitled “Do we still have a government?” at its Presidential Campaign Headquarters, Abuja, Secondus said President Buhari’s handling of the nation’s affairs has fetched the nation more harm than good.

No Approved New Salary Structure For Arm Forces Personnel Yet – Defence HQ

The Defence Headquarters (DHQ) says a new salary structure had not been approved for the members of the Armed Forces of Nigeria (AFN).

In a reaction to what it called a “fictitious document” being circulated on some social media platforms in that regard, the DHQ reiterated that the purported new salary scale for members of the AFN being circulated, is nothing but a false and malicious publication intended to cause disaffection among members of the AFN, as no such salary scale exists.
