Katsina Police Nabs Suspected Kidnappers of Buhari’s ADC’s Father-In-Law

The Nigeria Police Force, Katisna state command has apprehended the suspected kidnappers of the Magajin Garin Daura identified as Alhaji Musa Uba, the father-in-law to President Buhari’s Aide de Camp (ADC).

In recent time, some armed gunmen stormed Daura, President Buhari’s village and abducted Uba in his residence.

The spokesperson of the Katsina State police command identified as Gambo Isah, stated that the kidnappers numbering six, stormed the residence in a Peugeot 405, unregistered car, blue in colour, shot sporadically into the air, and abducted Uba.

We, Will Not Lose, Fight Against Corruption – Magu

The Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ibrahim Magu has said that the war against corruption won’t be lost as the Commission is ready to employ everything possible to ensure victory.

Magu, who gave the assurance on Tuesday, April 30, 2019, said the anti-corruption agency is fighting corruption in all fronts including sports.

Our Members Will Pay New Minimum Wage – HuCaPAN

Human Capital Providers Association of Nigeria (HuCaPAN) on Thursday says its members will pay the new minimum wage of N30,000.

While emphasising the need for a decent work environment in the country, HuCaPAN which is the umbrella body of registered and licenced providers of outsourced personnel in the country noted that only a decent job can bring out the best in the workplace.

Military speaks on the effectiveness of Operation Lafiya Dole in the North East

The Nigerian Military has disclosed the effectiveness of the Operation Lafiya Dole in conducting robust and aggressive fighting patrols in the North East part of the country.

The Nigerian Military noted that the insurgents are feeling the heat of the joint military operations and are now looking for other means to sneak into town for food supplies, logistics and most importantly weapons.

The statement made it known that members of the Boko Haram Terrorist, who were earlier bombarded and chased out of their enclaves have been left with a depleted number of fighters and supplies.

Zamfara: Police Speaks on Abduction of 5 Persons at Girls’ School

The Nigeria Police Force, Zamfara Command has confirmed that five persons were abducted at Government Girls Secondary School Moriki in Zurmi Local Government Area of the state.

On the 1st May 2019 at about 2130hrs, DPO Zurmi received a distress call that the unidentified number of armed men entered Government Girls Secondary school Moriki through the back fence with intent to attack the school and abduct students but were prevented.
