Buhari’s Aid Confirms Justice Walter Onnoghen’s Suspension As A Political Move – Timi Frank

Timi Frank, who served as a Deputy National Publicity Secretary for the All Progressives Congress, on Monday stating that the suspension of former Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen was a political move.

Recall that on Monday the The Code of Conduct Tribunal in Abuja on chose Thursday for the final judgment of the former Chief Justice, charging him for false and non -declaration of assets.

Timi Frank mentioned that the suspension of Walter Onnoghen was not done in good faith. He also believes that the claims of Lauretta Onochie were right, and unconsciously she had revealed the true motives behind the suspension of the former Chief Justice.

Lauretta Onochie who served as a Personal Assistant President Buhari on Social Media, claimed on Sunday that Onnoghen had plans to revoke the February 23 presidential election in 17 states, declaring the Atiku Abubakar as the winner of the presidential election.

Regarding the claims of Lauretta Onochie, he said: “The statement was an admission and corroboration of what we have always known. It was an attack on an innocent man by the Buhari administration in its plan to thwart the will of the Nigerian people .

“prima facie evidence that the Buhari government never planned to hold credible elections and that they are using the state to sponsor an attack on the judiciary in order to cow the learned justices into giving a judgment favourable to President Buhari.

“Nigerians may recall that the petition used in suspending Justice Onnoghen was from one Dennis Aghanya, who is a former spokesman to Buhari and is presently one of his confidants.”

Timi Frank also reacted to the claims by the All Progressives Congress made against Atiku Abubakar, claiming that he was a Cameroonian.

“Already, the desperation of this government has seen them advance a ridiculous defence to the petition of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar to the Election Petition Tribunal, to the effect that Atiku Abubakar is not a Nigerian and that President Buhari does not need a West African Examinations Certificate (school leaving certificate) to contest for the Presidency. Yet, this same All Progressive Congress is challenging the competency of Senator Ademola Adeleke of Osun State on the grounds that he has no WAEC certificate.”

Finally he called on all good Nigerians home and abroad help the lawmakers “before they are completely emasculated by this dishonourable and desperate administration.”
