Coronavirus: Nigeria Doesn’t Have A Leader,- Reno Omokri Slams Buhari

A social media critic of the ruling government, Reno Omokri has come fro President Muhammadu Buhari again saying Nigeria doesn’t have leaders.

His comment is coming on the heel of the spread of the deadly coronavirus, with the third index in Nigeria coming up yesterday.

Reno, who was the former media aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan noted that the US President Donald Trump and UK Prime Minister, Boris Johnson give updates on the COVID-19 on a daily basis while Buhari is yet to address Nigerians on it.

“Daily, both@RealDonaldTrump  and@BorisJohnson, personally address their people to say what they‘re doing in real time to end the #CoronaVirus. General@MBuhari met with @OfficialAPCNg Governors with one topic on the agenda-Oshiomole Does Nigeria have a leader,” he tweeted.

He also lambasted the president for extending stamp duty to saving account in the middle of the coronavirus crisis, describing the act as irresponsible.

“It is highly irresponsible for General @MBuhari ’s government to extend stamp duty to savings accounts in the middle of the #CoronaVirus crisis. This is the time when responsible governments relieve businesses and institutions to stimulate growth in the economy.”
