Minister tells COVID-19 positive Nigerians with underlying health issues not to stay at home
The Minister of Health, Dr. Osagie Ehanire, has urged those above 50 years or had pre-existing ailments like diabetes, cancer, hypertension, kidney disease, and HIV not to stay at home for treatment.
While noting that the majority of 469 people that had died of COVID-19 as of Wednesday were in that category, the minister, urged people in those categories to stay at home or wear face masks whenever they are going out.
