Davido And Adesua Etomi Nominated For Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards
Nigerian music superstar, Davido has been nominated alongside Adesua Etomi, IK Osakioduwa and a host of other world superstars for the Nickelodeon Kids’ choice awards.
The Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards is an American Annual Awards show produced by Nickelodeon.
While Davido was nominated for the Favourite Global Music Star category alongside Taylor Swift and David Guetta while both Adesua Etomi-Wellington and Osakioduwa were nominated for the Favourite African Star category.
The awards cereremony will be held at the Galen Centre in Los Angeles, California on the 3rd of March with DJ Khaled who was nominated for Favourite Male Artist playing host.
DJ Khaled was nominated for favourite artiste and favourite collaboration for his role in ‘No Brainer’, featuring Justin Bieber and Chance the Rapper.
Other nominees up for major awards include Cardi B, Shawn Mendes, Ariana Grande, Camilla Cabello and Maroon 5.
Davido in the past two years have been putting in some hard work and stringing up best performances in Nigeria and overseas alike.
In the light of this, 2019 seems like the year for the Afro star as he has continually bagged awards and recognitions from left, right and center since the start of the year.
With the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards spanning across several niches of movies, social media and music, a nomination at the awards is a pretty big deal and a testimony to the hardwork that the ‘IF’ crooner has been putting in.
Be that as it may, it is important to realize that this is the second time that the Superstar would be nominated.
Nomination on the same category with Grammy-winning Taylor Swift and David Guetta would definitely earn him some bragging rights worthy of all the hype, with the possibility of even going on to win over these American stars still very much intact.
