Following Will Smith, Jada Pinkett Smith and August Alsina ‘situationship’, many opinions about marriage have been flying on Twitter.
Will and Jada Pinkett Smith held a Red Table discussion yesterday about what really went on with Jada and August and the revelation sparked a lot of reaction on Twitter.
According to Twitter user @Sissgugu, marriage without cheating isn’t possible and anyone who can’t tolerate cheating has no business being married.
She wrote;
“Decades of marriage and no cheating is impossible. There will be physical or emotional affairs, somewhere.
“If you can’t tolerate that, then marriage is definitely not for you because the true essence of what “marriage” is supposed to be, was lost way before we were all born. 🤷🏿♀️“
She added;
“Marriage is an agreement. That’s how it looks for me, looking from outside. It just looks like people agree to raise children in the same house while one or both of them runs in secret.
and maybe that’s why I belong to the streets ❤️“
