Diamonds In The Sky – Teaser Trailer Released
Nollywood actress, Yvonne Jegede has announced the release of the teaser trailer of ‘Diamonds in the Sky’. The actress who just gave birth a month ago revealed this via her Instagram handle.
Leah Foundation’s movie, Diamond in the Sky will feature Adebayo Salami, Ali Nuhu, Joke Silva among other Nollywood stars.
It also features Kolade Olaiya, Bimbo Akintola, Ali Nuhu, Omowumi Dada, Mogaji Majinyawa, Yvonne Jegede, Ebun Oloyede, Yemi Shodimu, Prof. Ayo Akinwale and Omowunmi Dada
Diamonds in the sky was produced by Nollywood actor, Femi Adebayo, for Leah Foundation with the movie gaining sponsorship from Sterling Bank.
It was shot by movie director, Kunle Afolayan – in the city of Ilorin, Kwara State – and was written by award-winning writer, Tunde Babalola
It’s synopsis according to Yvonne reads thus:
Love, Joy and disappointment come to play in the drama as three families struggle with life challenges that threaten their bonds.
Femi Adebayo also posted a throw back picture to their location days during the making of the film.

According to Yvonne Jegede, the film will be out for viewing in the cinemas very soon.
Femi Adebayo isn’t new to producing movies as he did so as far back as 2006. What beats imagination however is that the celebrated actor and producer studied law and was in fact a practicing lawyer before delving into the entertainment industry.
Femi graduated from the University of Ilorin with a Bachelor’s degree before moving on to bag his masters from the same institution.
Femi claims his inspiration to act movies came from his father. He said after watching his dad on TV, he felt it was his calling and decided to drop Law aside and chase his dreams.
The actor has become a dominant and household in Nollywood carving a niche for himself in the Yoruba sphere especially. He has won a couple of awards for Best Actor in several Yoruba movies. He was also a winner at the Nollywood Broadcasting Organization of Awards in 2012.
