E! News Cancelled After 29 Years On Air Due To Coronavirus

E! News, the popular entertainment news that premiered in 1991, has been canceled after 29 years on air.

A representative for the network confirmed the show was canceled along with “Pop of the Morning and Jason Kennedy’s interview show “In the Room” due to the financial fallout caused by the Coronavirus pandemic.

Lilliana Vazquez and Scott Tweedie are the most recent hosts for “E! News.

Addressing the cancellation of the show, Vazquez shared an Instagram post on Wednesday.

She wrote: “Thankful for this incredible adventure and I will miss this team and crew beyond belief,” she wrote, captioning a picture taken at 30 Rockefeller Plaza. “Yes…even the 4am call time.”
