Election postponement: Woli Arole offers to help stranded Corpers and Volunteers

Comic Nigerian prophet and actor popularly known as Woli Arole has offered to help stranded corp members and election volunteers.

Woli Arole offered to help after the Independent National Election Commission (INEC) cancelled today’s elections.

Recall that the Presidential and National Assembly elections was scheduled to hold today (February 16 2019) but was cancelled by the electoral commission just few hours to the commencement of the elections.

Following the cancellation, Wole Arole took to his Instagram page to sympathize with the stranded corp members and election volunteers who had already traveled to their various places of assignment and were stranded.

He wrote:

These are pictures of people that volunteered to be INEC officials today ooooo, no accomodation, no security many of them are CORPERS, and yet INEC postponed the ELECTION. Please what would these ones do when they get stranded? how would they feed? How would they transport themselves?. This is so SAD. Abeg if you are a CORPER or you are amoung any of these people and you are STRANDED. DM me quickly so I can support you in anyway I can. This is just SAD.
