Gov. Abdullahi Ganduje has been trending massively for the past few days after he splitted the Kano Emirate into five Emirates.

The Kano state Governor stated that his intention for his action was to move the traditional rulership closer to the people.

Some Nigerians have applauded the move by the Governor while others have stated that the move was political.
