26. National Open University of Nigeria, Lagos
The National Open University of Nigeria was developed as an idea by the first executive president of Nigeria, Alhaji Shehu Shagari in in July 1983. However, it was suspended in 1984. But later resuscitated in the year 2002 by the civilian president Olusegun Obasanjo. National Open University of Nigeria Courses NOUN Cut off Marks
Usually, every academic institution have their basic requirements for student admission. So the cut off mark for NOUN is 180. Therefore, candidates who score at least 180 are eligible to be considered for admission into the institution.
National Open University of Nigeria NOUN School Fees
Usually, NOUN management releases a school fee schedule for both new and returning students. So for new students, the school fee is about 36, 000 naira. While returning students pay only about half of this. Each is 18, 000 naira. Also, undergraduates usually have to pay a project fees of 15, 000 naira.

27. Nigeria Police Academy Wudil, Kano State
The Nigeria Police Academy was established in the year 1988 for the sole purpose of training candidates interested in serving their country. First there were two campuses, the police training School, Challawa Kano and the Police College, Kaduna. However by 1996, both campuses were merged and moved to the permanent sit at Wudil Kano State. More importantly, the Academy was formally designated a federal University in the year 2012. Furthermore, the ultimate motive is to train them to ideal superior police officers.

Nigeria Police Academy Wudil Cut off Marks
The Nigeria Police Academy due to its specialised nature have certain requirements different from those of regular universities.
First, Candidates must satisfy certain physical requirement such as height and chest size. Therefore for male candidates seeking admission into the institution a minimum height of 1.67 meters is required. However for female, the minimum height is 1.62 metres. Also, male candidates must be at least 86cm wide in chest size
Usually, the Nigeria Police Academy does not accept any candidate with a form of physical disability.

28. Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna
The Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna State was established I the year 1964. Usually, the institution is referred to as NDA and is usually tagged the best military academy in the country. Furthermore, the major aim of the academy is to train military armed forces for the defence pf the country. However, before 1964, the institution was known as the Royal Military Forces Training Colleges (RMFTC). However, in 1960, after the independence, it became the Nigeria Military Training College. And then the Nigerian Defence Academy.

Usually, the NDA releases a schedule of fees for every academic year. So for the 2018/2019. The school fees is about N45, 000. Also new students will be required to pay an acceptance fees of N35, 000. As well as hostel and accommodation clearance of N40, 000.

Originally, the Nnamdi Azikiwe University was part of the Anambra State University of Technology, ASUTECH. Although ASUTECH was established in the year 1980. However, the Nnamdi Azikiwe University was founded in the year 1992. And is now popularly referred to as UNIZIK. Furthermore, the institution has two campuses, one at Awka and the other at Nnewi.

The University of Lagos, UNILAG has specific entry requirements for prospective students. As well as for every course. Usually all prospective candidates must possess a minimum of five credits in their O’level at not more than two sittings. Also, for the UTME exam, the set UTME score is 180. So candidates’ who score 180 and above in their UTME are eligible for Unilag post UTME screening and may be considered for admission.
However, candidates are advised to aim for a score higher than this. As those with higher scores are more likely to be considered before others with lower scores.
