Femi Fani Kayode slams FG for calling for a reduction in number of Nigerians given visas

– Femi Fani Kayode has slammed the Federal Government for calling for a reduction in the numbers of visas given to Nigeria

– This comes after Chief Audu Ogbeh the Min. for Agriculture and Rural Development appealed to the European Union Missions to reduce the spate of youth migrations out of the country

According to a report, the Min. for Agriculture and Rural Development, Chief Audu Ogbeh met with the European Union Missions on ways to move the Agricultural sector of the country forward yesterday in Abuja.

However, one of the main points discussed during the meeting was about the Federal Government appealing to the European Unions Missions to help reduce the rate of youth migration to various member countries.

The Min. in his statement stressed that youth migration was not sustainable and that the Government wants the youth to stay back in order for them to venture into Agriculture.

However, in a reaction statement, former Min. for Aviation, Femi Fani Kayode has slammed the Federal Government for calling for a reduction in the numbers of visas given to Nigerians.

The former min. in his latest statement stressed that he has not seen any government that “hates and despises its own people and treat them with much contempt and disdain.”

He added that the government is meant to give support and encouragement to it people and not work against them.

Femi Fani Kayode in a statement via his Twitter handle said,

Reduce the number of Nigerians you give visas”-

FG I have never seen a Govt. that hates and despises its own people and treats them with as much contempt and disdain as Buhari’s.

Governments are meant to support and encourage their people and not discredit and undermine them.”
