Fire In Delta State Claims The Lives Of Four Children

According to reports, Four children of the same mother were confirmed dead after they were burnt to death at their home in Animal Line by Dore Street, off Mciver Market in Warri, Delta State, on the night of Tuesday, March 5th, 2019.

It was also reported that the four dead children who were between the ages of six months to six years old, were in their house anticipating and waiting for their mum to finish preparing dinner when an explosion that engulfed their building happened thereby causing a fire in the building.

However, it is still not gathered about the true cause of the fire, but a strong report has it that the mother of the four dead children may have been using adulterated kerosene to cook.

Meanwhile, the mother of the four dead children was hit with some serious burns and was rushed to Oghara hospital where she is presently receiving medical attention.

The chairman of the Warri South Local Government Area identified as Dr Michael Tidi, who was at the scene of the incident yesterday morning, stated that the remains of the children has been deposited in the morgue.
