1. Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic, PolyUnwana, Ebonyi State.

The Akanu Ibiam Federal Poly was founded way back in 1979 in Unwanu Afikpo area of Ebonyi state. However, candidates seeking admission into this academic institution must be prepared to meet the JAMB UTME cut off mark. As well as have at least five O’level credits in the WAEC/ NECO or GCE.

Akanu Ibiam Poly Cut off Mark

Generally, the JAMB set cut off mark for Akanu Ibiam Polytechnic is 120. Nonetheless, candidates are advised to aim for a score higher than this in order to increase their chances of getting admission into the institution.

Also referred to as EKITIPOLY, the Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti was founded in 1977. Surprisingly it was first located in Jos, Plateau state. Then it was relocated to Akure, Ondo state in 1978. And finally to Ado ekiti in 1982.  Actually, the institution was a college of technology while in Jos. Then a polytechnic in 1979. Normally, the JAMB set score for Fedpoly Bali cut off mark is between 100 and 120.  However, it is advisable to target a score of at least 150. As your chances of gaining admission increases with higher scores.

The Federal Polytechnic Bauchi requires at least 4 O’level credit passes. Furthermore, these must include English Language and Mathematics. Also, candidates must make at least 150 in their UTME examination to be eligible for admission into the institution.

The school fees is categorised based on the type of programme. The scheduled school fees for the 2018/1019 session is as follows;

For ND, the fees is N45, 200. However, students interested in accommodation have to pay an extra N6, 000.

6. Federal Polytechnic, Bida Niger State

Federal polytechnic Bida was founded out of the need to relocate the College of Technology in Kano to Niger state. In 1979, the college was renamed Federal Polytechnic Bida.

The set cut off mark for the Federal Poly Bida is 100. Therefore all candidates who scored 100 and above ion their UTME are eligible to register for the post UTME exercise.
