Getafe Vs Real Madrid LaLiga 25 April Preview

Real Madrid make the trip to Coliseum Alfonso Perez to lock horns with Getafe with the intent of boosting their chances of finishing second in the La Liga standings.

Getafe

Getafe would have been content with finishing 10th on the La Liga standings for the second straight season but they will be facing both the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona before the season comes to an end.
They have endured a return of only eight points over their last six games and don’t look in the best of form at the moment.

That said, they will be bolstered by the prospect of qualifying for the Champions league and would muster all that they could in ensuring that they produce positive results in their last five games of the season.

Their resounding 3-0 victory over Sevilla gives them the minute hope that they could spring up some magic against an inconsistent Real Madrid team.

Real Madrid

The Galacticos have improved significantly since the return of French gaffer, Zinedine Zidane, even though so many would argue that this form has been purely down to the form of Karim Benzema who recorded an hat-trick in his last outing.

Indeed, Real Madrid have recorded only one point fewer than Barcelona since Zidane retook charge of affairs at the Bernabeu.

The Spanish giants are four points adrift of second-placed Atletico Madrid and would fancy their chances of leapfrogging Atletico on the log.

However, they would need to be wary of consistency if that is to be a possibility.
