Haaland Registers 20-Min Hattrick In Dortmund Debut

Erling Braut Haaland papered through the cracks on his debut with Dortmund, forcing an impressive comeback for the German giants against Augsburg.

The teenage striker sensation registered a hattrick in just twenty minutes to give Dortmund fans a debut memory to always have in their heads.

The former RB Salzburg striker introduced in the 56th minute with Dortmund losing 3-1 to Ausburg stirred the Bundesliga giants to a 5-3 win.

The Norwegian youngster was brought on when his club looked rather out of sorts and showed exactly why there was a subtle war between Europe elite clubs for his signature.

In just a matter of seconds after his introduction, the 19-year-old transformed Dortmund into a beast, ready to pounce on the home side. In fact, he got his debut goal only three minutes after his introduction.

Haaland got his first goal after he was played through on goal, smashing his shot into the bottom right corner with his left foot.

Then, having shivers down the spines of Ausburg defenders, he dispatched a simple finish into an open goal to make a perfect finish to what was a ruthless counter attack.

He then rounded off his hattrick having latched on to a through ball and sending it past a helpless keeper with two defenders chasing him down.

The Norwegian teenager was definitely born to score goals and has now found the net 26 times in 23 appearances this term, three of which has come in his Dortmund debut.

Manchester United will be scratching their heads and kicking themselves for failing to sign the 19-year-old.

Missing out on one of the world’s hottest properties would remain a sour taste in the mouth of United fans for long as the club continues their search for a clinical striker.

Three goals in less than 45 minutes on his debut game would have sounded ambitious for any teenager, but that was the case of Haaland. Incredible youngster that one!
