The 90 Day Visit Visa

The 90 day visit visa is for visitors that are going to have quite a long stay in Dubai. It is the visa type for people that are travelling for the purpose of business trainings, holidays or visiting families. It is valid for 90 days

To obtain this visa, certain documents have to be presented. They are passport booking, hotel booking, copy of traveler’s passport, company covering letter, host resident / company permit, relationship proof and letter of guarantee from host.

The 96 Hours Transit Dubai Visa

This type of visa is obtained by individuals on transit through Dubai. It is valid for only 96 hours. It can also be obtained by people who are visiting Dubai for a meeting and will be spending less than four days in Dubai.

Multi- Entry Long Term Dubai Visa

This is the type of visa obtained by frequent visitors to Dubai. It is valid for just 90 days. Documents needed for this type of visa are same with documents needed for the 90 days visit visa.

Multi-entry Short Term Dubai Visa

This visa is valid for a period of 30 days, it is also non-extendable.

The 14 Day Dubai Visa

This visa is valid for only 14 days and is not extendable. When applying for this kind of visa, the following should be presented;   a credit/debit card, a bank statement and hotel booking.

How to Apply for Dubai Visa in Nigeria

Application for Dubai visa can be done through a resident of Dubai, a travel agent or a tour company.

Before applying for a Dubai visa, it is important to have a passport that is valid for three months from the day you get into Dubai. If your stay will exceed three months, then your passport should have a validity of six months starting from the day you step into Dubai.

Documents Required for Dubai Visa

The following are documents needed for a Dubai visa

  • A statement from your bank, this should show your financial status.
  • A copy of your travelling tickets. This should include your to and fro tickets. Unavailability of a return ticket could lead to a rejection at the airport.
  • A Nigerian immigration passport

  • Copies of your passport and ID card. Original copies are not required.
