I Said They Will Send You To Go Wash Toilet, You Are Almost There – Femi Fani-Kayode Mocks Osinbajo Again

• Buhari has reduced the power of Osinbajo by reducing SIP from his office, leading to rumour of disagreement.

Femi Fani-Fanikayode, a staunch critic of President Muhammadu Buhari, has taken a swipe at Vice President Yemi Osinbajo for flagging off the Use The Toilet Campaign.

The Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting was ongoing while he was launching the campaign.

“VP Yemi Osinbajo launches and flags off the Use The Toilet Campaign, a campaign to stop open defecation in Nigeria while Buhari is presiding over a security council meeting! A few days ago I wrote: “If Osinbajo doesn’t resign they will send him to wash toilets”. Almost there!,” he wrote on his Twitter page.

Recall that Fani-Kayode had some time ago said Osinbajo would soon be sent to go watch toilet after a rumoured infraction between him and Buhari.

The economic team under the supervision of Osinbajo was canceled and another one formed by the president was told to report directly to him. The Social Investment Programme (SIP) was also removed from his office and put under the a new ministery.

The Presidency had denied such speculations, adding that they are both working to move Nigeria forward.
