Indian Man drags parents to court for giving birth to him without his consent!
A 27-year-old Indian man identified as Raphael Samuel has dragged his both parents to court for giving birth to him without his consent.
According to Samuel, his parents ought to pay him to live for life because he didn’t give his consent before being born.
The 27-year-old business man argued that it was not his decision to be born and for that, he should be paid to live.
However, Samuel’s mother, Kavita Karnad Samuel, who happens to be a lawyer had an equally impossible answer for her son.
Se said, until Samuel can prove to her and his father how they would have sought his permission before his birth, he doesn’t have a case.
In her words:
“I must admire my son’s temerity to want to take his parents to court knowing both of us are lawyers. And if Raphael could come up with a rational explanation as to how we could have sought his consent to be born, I will accept my fault.”
Samuel, is an anti-natalism crusader, a belief system that life is full of misery and therefore procreation should be stopped so human race can go into extinction.
