INEC releases full list of electoral offenses ahead of 2019 elections [FULL LIST]

With barely four days to the 2019 general election, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has taken to its official twitter handle to release a video depicting the list of offenses  which voters must avoid in the forth coming elections.

INEC captioned the video:

The Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 as amended, the Electoral Act 2010, as amended & the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Rules and Regulations constitute the legal framework which regulates our electoral process.
