Kano state Government Gives Update on COVID-19
The Kano state government has given an update on the COVID-19 cases in the state.
According to the information released by the state government this morning, the state recorded an additional ten cases out of the hundred and thirty-five patients tested.
It further stated that 41 patients have been discharged with 575 still active.
COVID-19 Nigeria News Update Today
The state has also discharged 359 patients and recorded 46 deaths.
“Out of 135 samples tested today, Kano records 10 new confirmed cases of Covid19 and 41 patients were successfully discharged. The number of cases stands at 980 with 359 Recoveries and 46 Deaths.
“Active cases now 575,” the state government wrote on it’s Twitter page.

Kano is the second epicentre of the deadly virus in Nigeria behind the centre of excellence, Lagos State.
As regards the case of strange deaths in the state some weeks ago, the federal government has said it will reveal its findings today.
