Kogi, Bayelsa Polls: INEC Presents Certificate of Return to Yahaya Bello And David Lyon [Photos]
The Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) has presented the certificates of return to governors-elect of Kogi and Bayelsa States, Yahaya Bello and David Lyon respectively.
Bello who defeated his closest rival, Musa Wasda of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) with a landslide got his certificate at the Kogi State INEC office from Hon. National Commissioner, Mallam Mohammed K. Haruna.
