Latest COVID-19 Update in Nigeria

Nigeria has recorded an additional 125 new cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.

This was revealed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease and Control (NCDC). According to the government agency,  Lagos state, the epicentre of the dreaded virus has 37  new cases, followed by Plateau with 18 and FCT with 17. Others include Ogun-15, Rivers-10, Benue-7, Kaduna-7, Anambra-5, Oyo-3, Cross River-2, Ondo-2, while Edo and Imo have one case each.

Out of 57,849 confirmed cases, 49,098 patients have been discharged while there is currently 1,102 deaths.
