Latest COVID-19 Update in Nigeria

Nigeria has recorded one of the lowest cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) recorded 59 new cases in the last 24, with Lagos the epicentre having no case.

This will be the second time that Lagos state won’t be having a case in a day since the report of cases since March this year.

Other states affected include Kaduna-28, Rivers-9, Ogun-8, Ondo-8, Kano-2, Niger-2, while Kwara and Plateau states have one each.

Out of 63,790 confirmed cases, 59,884 patients have been discharged while 1,154 deaths have so far been recorded.
