Latest COVID-19 Update in Nigeria
Nigeria has recorded an additional 325 cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) revealed this via its website. According to the government agency, Lagos, the epicenter has 87 new cases, followed by FCT with 49 and Gombe with 28.
Others include Ebonyi-20, Plateau-19, Kwara-18, Enugu-17, Imo-12, Rivers-12, Kaduna-11, Ogun-10, Edo-9, Oyo-9, Ondo-8, Osun-8, Ekiti-4, while Borno, Kano, Bauchi, and Nasarawa have one case each.
From the 48,770 confirmed cases recorded so far, 36,290 patients have been discharged while the death toll stands at 974.

Nollywood actress Omotola Jalade Ekeinde in isolation after contracting COVID-19
Nollywood screen diva, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, has revealed that she had tested positive for COVID-19.
The renowned actress took to her Instagram account to announce the development to her fans.

The 42-year-old actress has therefore gone into isolation and getting better.
“Hello All, I know most of you have been wondering where I’ve been.
“Well, I contracted COVID-19. I have been ill, in Isolation and now getting better.
