Latest Update on COVID-19 in Nigeria

Nigeria has recorded 240 new cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.

According to the latest update from the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), Anambra State has 85, followed by the epicenter of the virus in Nigeria, Lagos State with 82 new cases.

Out of 155,657 confirmed cases, 133,768 patients have been discharged while there is presently 1,907 COVID-19 deaths.

NCDC revealed that the latest discharges include 170 community recoveries in Lagos State managed in line with guidelines.
