Latest Update on COVID-19 in Nigeria

Nigeria has recorded an additional 118 new cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.

This was revealed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC). According to the government agency, Lagos, the epicenter has 41 new cases, followed by Rivers and Osun with 19 and 17 new cases respectively.

Others include Nasarawa-13, Kaduna-5, Anambra-5, Edo-3, Ogun-3, Kwara-3, Ondo-3, Katsina-2, Niger-2, while Plateau and Akwa Ibom have one case each.

Out of 59,583 confirmed cases, 51,308 patients have been discharged while the death toll stands at 1,113.
