Latest Update on COVID-19 Nigeria

Three more people have died from COVID-19 complications in the last 24 hours.

This was revealed by the latest data released by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC). The government agency also revealed that there are additional 136 new cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria in the last 24 hours as well.

Lagos, the epicenter of the dreaded virus has 41 new cases, followed by Ogun with 27 and Rivers has 19. Others include Abia-10, Oyo-6, Plateau-6, Bauchi-5, Ondo-5, Ekiti-4, Kaduna-4, Edo-3, Ebonyi-2, while Bayelsa, Delta, Osun, and Yobe have one case each.

Out of 58,198 confirmed cases, 49,722 patients have been discharged while there is presently 1,106 deaths.
