Latest Update on COVID-19 Nigeria

Nigeria has recorded an additional 136 new cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.

This was revealed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) via its website.

According to the government agency, Lagos State has 71 new cases, followed by Rivers and Plateau with 23 and 12 cases respectively.

Others include Adamawa-6, Oyo-6, Kaduna-5, Abia-3, FCT-3, Katsina-2, Kwara-2, while Bauchi, Borno, and Edo have one case each.

Out of 58,460 confirmed cases, 49,895 patients have been discharged while the death toll currently stands at 1,111.
