My Second Term Will Be Better Than The First, Yahaya Bello Assures Supporters

Kogi Governor, Yahaya Bello, and the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has promised electorates that his second term will be better than the first.

This, according to the Governor, is because he has learned so much in his first. At his political rally in Okene, he, therefore, assured the residents that he would bring his wealth of experience to bear if elected for a second term ahead of Saturday’s governorship poll.

Bello’s major challenger is the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Musa Wada. Bello, on the other hand, is seeking second term.

The APC candidate alongside his running mate, Edward Onoja, met an enthusiastic crowd in Okene who thronged the major streets in Okene to show their support for the Governor. The venue of the event was jam-packed by ecstatic party supporters, who kept hailing him, forcing the governor to trek to the venue amidst cheers and ecstasies.

At the rally, he also promised a massive improvement of infrastructure and human development in the state.

It could be recalled that PDP had vowed to take over power come Saturday by also taking over the governor’s senatorial district, Kogi Central, as well.

Governor Yahaya Bello commissioned the recently completed Okene – Kuroko -Ehika-Ikaturu-Itakpe roads

As part of his schedule for the district, Bello later commissioned Okene – Kuroko -Ehika-Ikaturu-Itakpe roads. He also assured that more would come in his second term if elected.

It is expected to be a keenly contested poll on Saturday.
