Naira Marley Finally Released On Bail (Video)

Naira Marley has been released by bail by  The Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) today, Friday June 14th.

The singer who was arrested for alleged internet fraud spent a month and few days in Ikoyi prison where he was reprimanded.

His bail application was approved by the court two weeks ago with conditions that he provided two million naira bond and two sureties. One with a landed property and the other, a civil servant, not lower than a level 10.

However, his release took longer than expected as EFCC had to verify his sureties.

A video was uploaded by Rahman Jago, a close acquaintance of Naira Marley as a proof of his freedom.

Naira Marley’s court trial is scheduled to October of this year.
