Nigerian Police Parades 93 Suspected Kidnappers From Different Part of The North

The Nigerian Police through its just launched Operation Puff Adder nabbed and paraded a total of Ninety Three (93) kidnap suspects from different parts of the North-Central, North-Western and North-Eastern parts of the Country respectively.

In addition to the arrested suspected kidnappers, men of Operation Puff Adder also recovered One (1) rocket launcher, Thirty-five (35) AK47 rifles, Ten (10) locally-made AK47 rifles and Five hundred (500) live ammunition.

Further report has it that eight (8) locally-made revolver pistols, ten (10) pairs of military camouflage uniform, two (2) operational vehicles, and other incriminating items were also recovered.

iDONSABI gathers that the operations which resulted in the arrest and recoveries were carried out by joint team of Police operatives attached to Operation Puff Adder, North-Central sector.

The team who performed this operation consists of detectives from the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS), Force Intelligence Unit, Intelligence Response Team (IRT) and the Special Tactical Squad (STS).

Meanwhile, more operatives in the Joint Mission include personnel from the Police Mobile Force (PMF) the Counter Terrorism Unit (CTU), Special Protection Unit (SPU) and the Special Forces.
