Nigerians React As Cross Rivers State deputy Gov, Commissioned Solar Powered Trafic Light In Funny Style (Photos)

A picture of Cross River State deputy governor, Professor Ivara Esu, commissioning a wrapped solar-powered traffic light has find its way to the internet.

The picture is currently causing a strong wave on Twitter, many commentators thinks the design is rather too much for a mini project like that.

Esu was seen approaching the spot where the solar powered traffic light is positioned with a woman holding a tray in her hands.
