Nigerian former Min. of Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo Iweala in a recent statement has sent an appreciation message to her followers on popular social media platform, Twitter.

The former Minister did this after the hit one million followers on the social media platform, which is one big achievement on the social media.

According to Ngozi Okonjo Iweala, she disclosed she would continue to work hard to share meaningful messages, insights and experiences.

The Former Min. disclosed she made it to one million followers on Twitter last week Saturday, the 2nd of March.

According to her statement, she has been building the Twitter page for the past four years.

Below is the statement made by Dr. Ngozi Okonjo Iweala via her Twitter handle, it read,

Last weekend, March 2, we hit an important milestone and I want to acknowledge and thank you all for it. We are now at 1 million followers gradually built up over four years

This is wonderful! I appreciate every one of you and your engagement. I shall continue to work hard to share meaningful messages, insights and experiences.
Dr. Ngozi Okonjo Iweala was a two time Nigerian Min. for Finance under the administration of Former Pres. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan.
She made some impact in the economy of the country when she was in charge.
Since her departure from Nigerian political scene, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo Iweala has held different positions within and outside Africa.
She is currently a Senior Advisor with Lazard Limited, she is a board chair with Gavi and she is also a board member of AR Capacity.
