PDP call for thorough investigation on VP Osinbajo Helicopter crash

– The Peoples Democratic Party PDP has called for a thorough investigation into the helicopter crash which involved VP Yemi Osinbajo

– PDP made it known that the safety of leaders and Nigerians must be guaranteed

Following the helicopter crash in Kogi state, which involved the Vice President of the country, Prof Yemi Osinbajo, the Peoples Democratic Party PDP, have called for a thorough investigation into the incident.

Although, the Vice President and the Helicopter crew members are all safe, the PDP made it known that the safety of leaders and Nigerian must be guaranteed.

The PDP in a statement released express it shock over the incident as it thank God for the safety of Vice Pres. Yemi Osinbajo and the crew members.

The party however called for a thorough investigation into the traumatic incident adding that the safety of our leaders, and of course, all Nigerians, must be guaranteed, especially at this critical time,” the statement read.

Moreover, the Peoples Democratic Party PDP called on Nigerians to continue to plead in prayers to God for the country.

The PDP urges all Nigerians irrespective of creed, ethnicity and political affiliation, to continue to pray for God’s continued intervention in our national life.”

Nigeria today averted a big disaster in the history of the country which is coming few days to the commencement of the country’s General election which is expected to start on the 16th of Feb.

Prominent Nigerians like Atiku Abubakar, Bukola Saraki, Fani Kayode, Oby Ezekwesili among others have congratulated the Vice President.
