Please Lockdwon Oyo State, Kemi Olunloyo Begs Buhari
Controversial journalist, Kemi Olunloyo has called on President Muhammadu Buhari to lockdown Oyo state due to non-adherence to the laydown guidelines against the spread of coronavirus.
Olunloyo made the call via her Twitter page on Thursday.
Oyo state has recently confirmed an additional 28 cases in the last 24 hours. This has taken the number of confirmed cases in the southwest state to 190, with 49 discharged and four deaths.
According to her. there is usually a daily crowd at Bodija market, which is scary.

Currently, there is 7 am to 7 pm curfew in the state as people were allowed to go about their normal business. The governor, Seyi Makinde had said that he can’t shut down the state because most of the population survive on daily wage.

Yesterday in a statement, the Oyo state government said there is still a ban on public gathering.
