Police Arraign Dismissed Inspector Over the Death of Kolade Johnson

The Lagos State Police Command has arraigned now former Inspector Ogunyemi Olalekan before a Chief Magistrate Court in Ebute-Metta on Friday, April 5th.

Ogunyemi Olalekan, as we all know, is the police officer accused of killing football fan identified as Kolade Johnson, during a raid in Mangoro on Sunday March 31st.

Kolade Johnson before his death was known to be a Liverpool fan as he went to a viewing center to catch a glimpse of his club in action before he met his death.

Ogunyemi Olalekan’s arraignment comes just close to 24 hours after he was dismissed from the Lagos State Police command for his alleged complicity in the killing of Kolade Johnson during the raid in Mangoro on Sunday the 31st of March.

iDONSABI gathers that Kolade Johnson was shot dead on Sunday, March 31st by a police officer identified as Ogunyemi Olalekan while he was watching a televised football match in Mangoro area of Lagos and the police officer is currently facing the full wrath of the law.
