Port Harcourt Landlord Bans Marlians From Renting Apartment And Visiting Tenants (Photos)
A lady has shared the house rules of a particular lodge in Port Harcourt that refuses to rent house to Marlians or allow them visit tenants in the compound.
“Marlians” are fans of controversial Nigerian singer, Naira Marley. However, there are assumptions by some people that anyone who is a Marlian is badly behaved.
A lady identified as @nnekei on Twitter shared a picture of the house rules by a Landlord in Port Harcourt and wrote;
“My God i have seen it all.
“In this Lodge Marlians are not allowed and the Landlord has the right to come and inspect your room at anytime to be sure you are keeping it clean and tidy.“
In the house rules, number 9 clearly stated that “No Marlian would be welcomed in this compound either as a visitor or as a tenant.”

The last rule on the list emphasized that even if the lodgers forget all other rules, some rules shouldn’t be forgotten including number 9.
