Pres. Buhari Commissions Amosu’s ‘Legacy Project’ in Ogun State

– The Projects were tagged ‘Legacy Project’ 

According to a latest report, Pres. Muhammadu Buhari is in Ogun state where he would be commissioning some projects carried out by the outgoing administration of Gov. Ibikunle Amosu.

The report made it known that the President arrived in Ogun State at around 10:18am.

According to the report, it added that Pres. Muhammadu Buhari was welcome to Ogun State by the Host, Gov. Ibikunle Amosun, and some Governors from the South West which include Gov Akinwunmi Ambode of Lagos, Gov. Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti and Rotimi Akeredolu from Ondo .

Others who were present included the Minister of Health, Prof Isaac Adewole; the Paramount leader of Egbaland, Alake of Egbaland, Oba Adedotun Gbadebo; Former Legal Adviser of All Progressives Congress, Muiz Banire.

The Projects the President would commission was tagged ‘Legacy Project’ and it comes at a time when Gov. Ibikunle Amosu is about to handover to a new Governor in the person of Prince Dapo Abiodun.

According to the statement released by the Ogun State government, it said that President Muhammadu Buhari would commission OGTV Ultra – Modern Studio located at Ajebo, others are the Adire Mall at Itoku market, the Judicial Complex, along Kobape road, Amphitheatre in the City Centre and the renovated old Governor’s office at Oke-Ilewo.

Apart from this Pres. Buhari would also commission the 250 bedded ultramodern hospital at Oke Mosan, and the Wasinmi International Airport in Ewekoro Local Government.

Pres. Muhammadu Buhari was in the South West, Lagos State to be precise some weeks ago where he commissioned some project carried out by Gov. Akinwunmi Ambode, who is also an outgoing Governor.
