Eden Hazard’s move to Real Madrid could be hampered by the interest of Los Blancos in Brazil International and PSG forward, Neymar dos Santos according to a report by the Sun.
Madrid have held up talks to bring in the kind of player, Madrid faithfuls refer to as Galacticos with recent speculations linking them with a move for Eden Hazard.
Recall that the Belgian had showed corresponding interest for a move to the Bernabeu with his last reply to such speculations being “I know what I am going to do. I have made a decision.”
iDONSABI.com in response to that profiled Eden Hazard’s long-time interest in the Champions League winner. However, Hazard’s dreams have been dealt a blow with the Los Blancos pitching their tents with Neymar instead.
This may not be unrelated to the fact that Chelsea are reportedly not willing to sell the player for any figure below the £100m mark.
The Sun claims that Paris Saint Germain would be unwilling to sell the Brazilian for any price lower than that for which they got him from Barcelona in the summer transfer window of 2017. That said, there’s a twist to the story as the Brazilian is reported to be increasingly keen with a move to the LaLiga and is open to Barcelona’s bitter rivals.
Real Madrid would have to break the bank to land Neymar dos Santos as they might have to pay as much as £200 million to price the Brazilian to the Bernabeu.
Chelsea on the other hand will be willing to keep Hazard – whose contract expires in 2020 – at the Stamford Bridge tempting him with a £300,000-a-week wage.
iDONSABI.com earlier reported that the wanted Neymar celebrated his birthday in style whilst adorning some red-themed suits and wishing for a new metatarsal as his birthday gift.
