Senator representing Kogi West, Dino Melaye has advised Nigerian Universities to imitate the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

According to Senator Dino Melaye, if in an examination, the number of students who failed a course is more than the number who passed, the examination should be declared inconclusive and rescheduled for another day.

Senator Dino Melaye apparently spoke in reaction to the rescheduled elections by the INEC in some states rumoured to have been won by the Peoples Democratic Party.

In Dino Melaye’s words:

Nigeria Universities should learn from INEC.
If the number of students who fail a particular course are more than those who Pass, that course should be declared inconclusive and supplementary examination should be conducted within 21 days. (SDM).
