Tonto Dikeh set for her third cosmetic surgery, to cost over N5million
Nigerian star actress, Tonto Dikeh has revealed that she is set to go under the knife for her third cosmetic surgery.
Tonto Dikeh took to her Instagram page to reveal her plans with her fans. The mother of one further revealed that she has had two surgeries before now.
She also revealed that her first cosmetic surgery set her back by N5M while the second cost N3m. Tonto Dikeh says her scheduled third plastic surgery will cost more than the first because it would be her lat surgery.

Btw my 1st surgery was 5million second surgery 4million and the 3rd which im yet to go for is wey more than the first cos its my last!!
The actress who is obviously satisfied with the results she is getting from her doctors also slammed haters who reacted to the news of her surgery.
